S&P 500 Index Quotes
   
The S&P 500 Index futures price is different than the S&P 500 Index options price. Search for current S&P 500 Index price quotes. Enter the contract symbol for the S&P 500 futures contract of your choice and click “Get Quote”.

S&P 500 Index Futures Quotes

The CME S&P 500 Index futures contract is worth $250 X the value of the futures index and delivery is settled in cash; however, the vast majority of the futures positions are offset well before delivery. The CME S&P 500 Index futures contract is priced in dollars and cents.

706.00 = 706 Points.

706 X $250 = $176,500 (value of 1 contract at that price) 

S&P 500 Index Options Quotes

The CME S&P 500 Index options contract control one S&P futures contract. 12 strike prices are listed up and down from “at the money” at 5 point increments.

Example of Option Quote:

735 Call = 6.7 points so,

6.7 X $250 = $1,675.00 (price of option)
